About

We Care To Be Different

We do not believe in a one-size-fits-all design process. Every client brings a different set of goals, constraints, and expectations. Our job is to listen carefully enough to know the difference, and to bring the right combination of expertise and creativity to meet those needs.

Our Story

Before Patrick Fox earned his Master's from Kent State in 2008, he was already in the field. Summers at his family's plumbing and heating business gave him something most architects never get: a firsthand understanding of what happens after the drawings are done. That perspective, of knowing what it means to be on the other side of the fence, became the foundation for a straightforward idea: that the best design comes from firms that genuinely care. Not just about the outcome, but about the people on both sides of the table.

That ethos, good people with an Instinct to create, has shaped every hire we have made, every project we have taken on, and every client relationship we have built. We are not here just to get the work. We are here to create something every person on our team can look at and genuinely be proud of.

Today, Fox Design Group serves clients across the country with services ranging from schematic design and prototype development to laser scanning and BIM coordination. We are a firm that is always learning, always refining, and always focused on delivering lasting value.

Our Approach

01

Start with listening

Before we sketch a single line, we take the time to understand your goals, your constraints, and what success actually looks like for your business.

02

The studio model

Small, focused teams mean your project never gets lost in a queue. The people you meet at the start are the same people who see it through. No handoffs, no gaps, no surprises.

03

Technology that serves the work

Laser scanning, BIM coordination, and virtual reality tools give your project the best possible foundation before construction begins.

04

A long-term partner

The result feels less like hiring a vendor and more like gaining a partner who is invested in the outcome long after the project closes.

 Get To Know Us

Meet the people behind the work.

Good design starts long before the first sketch. It starts with the right people in the room, asking the right questions, and caring enough to get it right.
