We’re only as successful as the project’s whole. That’s why, when preparing to hand off the project to the construction team, we’ll make sure they have all of the sketches and imagery they need with the proper detail to get you across the finish line. This can include floor plans, mechanical drawings and 3D Renderings.
By this point in the project, you will have seen the schematics and sketches. These will be more detailed and will be specifically tailored to helping the construction team make a structurally sound building with the mechanical, engineering and other considerations in mind.

A Solid Plan From The Start
Setting a plan only to change it later can be a frustrating process, though it is necessary from time to time.
